Choosing a realtor is a big decision. The key is to find someone with the experience necessary to guide you successfully through each part of the transaction and to fully protect you from liability (legal liability and the liabililty you would be strapped with if you bought a faulty product). Equally as important is finding that experience in an agent who is willing to spend the time necessary to meet your needs in an environment of cooperation and trust.

 

Big fish in a small pond

My goals are to have a balanced diet of work, family and play time.  My objective to be the best agent for each client so that they will refer me to their family and friends. I am doing my best when I can be of help in many different ways--helping you find the lowest flooring costs, or helping to reduce the cost of your hazard insurance. In addition, I do not have a team; you will work exclusively with me every step of the way from our first handshake to exchanging keys at the closing table.

 

Sellers 

You will want to know the hard facts: what is my listing track record? What types of marketing will I undertake to sell your home in the fastest time possible, and at the right price? What advice can I offer to protect your interests? All this will be available in my listing presentation.  When I meet with you, I will provide you with a competitive market analysis and you can interview me to see if I am the best realtor for the job.

 

Buyers 

You will not get a hard sell from me. You will get all the time you need to find a house that fits just right. My biggest job is to expose you to the right options and make sure you find a house at the right price; one that will serve your needs now, and have been a good investment when the time comes to sell.

 

Short Sales/Foreclosures

It is a tough time for many homeowners.  I have recently earned my short sale/foreclosure designation so that I can help you make smart financial decisions to reduce your stress;  it may not even mean selling your home!

 

 

Personal Background 

Originally from upstate NY and Ohio, I came south by way of Boston and DC. Prior to my 16 years in real estate I worked as an account manager in the marketing and advertising fields. I am married to a wonderfully kind man.  We have two children in school so I am well versed in discussing both private and public schools.. Raising children in a beach community has been a wonderful experience from early surfing lessons to year-round soccer and boating. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming and participate in local road races and triathalons.

 

My experience and success in real estate is well documented through regularly achieving the Leading Edge award, ranking me in the top tier of Prudential Agents nationally. I have a wide range of experience from downtown, historic properties to Wrightsville Beach properties to corporate relocation and everything in-between.
